Reporting directly to the SEO Manager, the SEO Specialist role is responsible for executing the SEO strategy and management of SEO activities for our brands across the region (LATAM). The ideal candidate will perform key SEO functions across all Digital products and ensure proper strategy execution and optimization to contribute to business objectives. Functions will include site technical and content audits, on-page optimization, keyword research, link building, app optimization, search data analysis, content gaps, reporting. Proven SEO work experience in the Colombian Market. ? Native spanish speaker from Colombia as you will be focused on the Colombian market. ? Good understanding of search engine success factors, algorithms, SEO best practices, industry trends and threats ? Solid experience using industry standard SEO tools i.E.: Google Search Console, Google analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc. ? Demonstrable knowledge of link building/tactics with previous hands-on experience ? Experience in SEO/SEM campaigns setup, budgeting, analysis and reporting ? Understanding of the technical side of SEO, ideally with some technical SEO experience (including optimisation and implementation of robots.Txt files, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, hreflang tags, etc.) ? Good analytics and problem-solving skills with a good knowledge of Excel ? To be able to work in a fast-passed environment and to meet targets & deadlines ?Good verbal and written English is a must. ? University degree. ?
