Regional protocol managers, crossing all therapeutic areas and research phases, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational aspects of complex, NRDG local clinical research studies from Concept to Final Study Report (ISRs, Local HEOR, Local PASS, Local rPMS, local EAP, …)
Position Summary Leads successful and timely operational execution of local clinical trials from concept to final clinical study report Focused on project management concepts to support management of issues, risks, timelines and budget. Leverages interpersonal and influencing skills to foster partnerships across multidisciplinary teams Primary operational contact for the clinical trial Position Responsibilities Monitor trial progress Lead and facilitate study team meetings Drive delivery of multifunctional team deliverables Address and manage obstacles Develop protocol-level documents, plans and training Identify issues and risks, develop mitigations and escalate appropriately Select and oversee vendors, if applicable Monitor study budget Contribute to database locks in collaboration with Data Management partners Manage and comply with various quality and compliance systems Participate in filing activities as applicable Key Qualifications and Requirements BA or BS related studies 4-6 years of demonstrated project management experience of which at least 2 should have been in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experience in leading clinical trials demonstrating project management and organizational skills. Leading local and multi-functional teams. Experience with electronic quality and compliance systems. CRO experience is a plus.
