Job Description Workday is looking for an experienced HCM Presales, Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management (HCM) product expertise, to join our Team in Madrid. If you have deep knowledge of Human Capital Management software, and presales experience (or related experience demo’ing and influencing at C-level),





this is your chance to represent and demonstrate the value of next generation SaaS HCM Applications to Workday prospect customers. Through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, and by leveraging your deep Human Capital Management (HCM) and complex Enterprise Software product knowledge, Workday presales consultants provide discovery, core human capital expertise, Executive presentations, and Workday HCM product demonstrations, in partnership with our sales teams, to prospect customers throughout the sales cycle. Experience/Skill Requirements: Minimum of 6 years professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting / Consultant role with HCM enterprise business solutions Experience in interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, analysis of current operations and business needs; and development and presentation of cutting edge, cloud-based HCM solutions for Enterprise Customers. Depth of experience across full suite HCM, including expert knowledge of Enterprise (ERP) systems specifically HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and HR Finance. Unrivaled professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, interfacing with and selling to the office of the CHRO and CFO specifically.
